This research-led project explores the concept of aura—as theorized by Walter Benjamin—in the context of contemporary visual art, performance, and fashion. Through a curated analysis of artists and designers such as Wolfgang Tillmans, Mark Rothko, Marina Abramović, Andrei Tarkovsky, and Rei Kawakubo, the study examines how presence, authenticity, and meaning persist in an age of mass reproduction and digital consumption.
